-Merchandise uses(for merch printing): base price x 2.0 (Counted as buyout)-得到的名字仅会用在Trello里（若不希望公开，随机名字会代替）
-付款以50%+50%或全款的形式（除了Q版惊喜包为全额付款）
-商用（V用途）：底价 x 1.5
-周边印刷：底价 x 2.0 (默认为买断)

-Works are claimed as mine so please give credits if you use it anywhere (use KyuYa or 玖夜 or tag my social medias)
-I have rights to reject the works that makes me personally uncomfortable (ex: attitude during commission)
-i have rights to post it to my social medias and artwork portfolio(Please mention beforehand if you wish to keep private)
-1st payment and the payment for Chibi surprise pack are not refundable
-Trade counted as started after making any payments, if anything happens and causes trade stopped, i have rights to block and make announcement in my social medias
-Accepts paypal and tng ewallet(m'sia region only)
-Informations of clients are protected, wips sent are not allowed to sent to any platforms without my permission
-Strictly no tracing, edit and used for AI any of my artworks
-Feel free to ask if you have any concerns-所有作品都归于我本人，若用在其他地方请备注（Kyuya 或 玖夜 或标注我的社交账号）
-我有权力拒绝或终止委托任何让我感到不舒服的行为（如态度）
-我有权力把委托作品放在自己的社交媒体和委托范例（若不想公开请提前告知）
-第一付款和Q版惊喜包付款不会退款
-只要收到付款就代表交易开始，若发生任何事情导致终止委托，我有权力拉黑及发布黑单在我的社交媒体上
-支付平台为Paypal和TNG（仅限马来西亚地区）
-用户信息都是受保护且私下进行，任何过程若没有特别允许，不得发布到任何平台上
-我的作品禁止任何形式的描图，抄袭，喂AI
